Camp Sychar is a non-denominational, Christian, holiness camp meeting with the sole purpose of promoting Scriptural Holiness. We are committed to the words of Jesus, the Great Commission, and the Greatest Commandment.
What is Camp Sychar?
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Matthew 22:36-40
At Camp Sychar we welcome anyone and everyone: Camp Sychar is a diverse community of people striving to show the love of Jesus to our neighbors, locally and globally.
The Camp Sychar family - and we are a family - gathers, annually, for 10 days each July. We recently changed our dates, and camp meeting now begins the THIRD Thursday in July and concludes on the last Sunday in July each year.
Join us each summer as we gather to worship the living God, experience community with one another, and hear from (and support) missionaries around the globe!
